Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If you wish to return or change an item, then we can arrange collection from your address for R150 return fee or you are welcome to send the item back to us through your own service providers. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, however in the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost for shipping the replacement item to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Due to our make-to-order production/business model, we regret that we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges resulting from incorrect size selection. Each item is produced specifically according to the order details provided at the time of purchase. We kindly encourage you refer to our size charts to make a more calculated decision on choosing a size before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, it will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. This is done through our 3rd party payment system and can take up to 10 business days.
